Sam Wood’s pamper session with daughter, Willow is the cutest thing you’ll see all day
Dad goals right here.
For many parents, finding new, creative ways to keep your little ones entertained during self-isolation is a constant struggle.
But, there’s one celebrity dad who seems to be nailing this whole ‘stay at home’ parenting business and that’s fitness trainer and former Bachelor, Sam Wood.
In an adorable video posted to Instagram, the 39-year-old personal trainer can be seen being given a full-on pamper treatment by his two-year-old daughter, Willow.
Sam captioned the sweet video: “Today my little Willow Pillow took me for a shampoo, condition, trim, shave and of course makeup. Feeling refreshed.”
Look at that smile on Willow’s face. Gah, my ovaries can’t take it.
Seeing the pure joy on Willow’s little face as she washes her dad’s hair and gives it a trim with toy scissors will melt your heart. It’s seriously that cute.
The post was flooded with comments by followers who praised the doting dad.
“Some men are just MADE to be girl dads,” wrote one fan.
“Aww such a beautiful memory this will be for Willow when she is older,” captioned another.
“Cutest thing I’ve seen all day,” said another.
And yep, we agree.

Sam and his wife Snezana have three daughters, Eve, who’s nearly 15, Willow, and nine month old, Charlie Lane.
Like many of us who are now working from home amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Sam is too. He has been running free family-friendly online workouts via his 28 by Sam Wood Facebook page.
In an exclusive chat with Now To Love, Sam admits that home-life is chaotic right now.
“It is a bit of a circus at home at the moment but it’s all for a good cause. It literally takes until 11 o’clock to get the whole house back in order,” he jokes.
“I think it’s just what people need right now – something free, something that keeps them mentally and physically getting up and getting going in the morning especially when we’ve lost all of our routine so that’s been really nice. I think getting the kids involved has been really popular – I saw Hamish Blake was doing them with his kids so it’s good to see.”
