Did Martha Kalifatidis just accidentally leak her chosen baby name? Fans sure think so thanks to a sneaky Instagram story.
This week, MAFS star and mum-to-be, Martha Kalifatidis took to Instagram to share some behind-the-scenes snaps of her beautiful baby shower.
One pic in particular, of a photo album, caught the attention of many fans who believe the message from her mum may give away the name she and partner Michael Brunellis have chosen!
“Dearest Guiseppe, you are my first grandchild, you will be forever loved & spoilt,” began a sweet message from Martha’s mum.
Fans quickly jumped onto the theory that the baby’s name is Guiseppe, especially since the couple revealed earlier that their chosen baby name is Italian since he was conceived in Italy.
Not everyone is convinced though with comments on the popular influencer.updates.au Instagram page full of other potential names, with some fans suggesting Guiseppe was just a nickname used by the grandparents.
Some fans revealed they thought Martha and Michael would stick to a name starting with the letter ‘M’, with Marco and Matteo strong contenders, whilst others believed it could be Joseph.
During an Instagram Q&A, Martha also explained to fans why she and Michael had decided to live with her parents, revealing details behind their living arrangement.
“Yes Michael and I are living with my parents,” she wrote.
“Our place in Sydney developed some seriously aggressive black mould and we no longer wanted to stay in that house. Before we left for Europe we put all our things in storage and figured we would just find somewhere new when we returned from our trip.”
“When I ended up getting sick we flew home to mum’s house where I spent the next few months really unwell and in bed. Since my pregnancy was so debilitating staying with family was really my only option.”
“Mum convinced us that living with them was a great option, so here we are. The house is massive and empty so it was an easy decision.”
