Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich rush injured one-year-old daughter Elle to hospital
"One of the hardest parts of parenthood is seeing your child in pain ..."
The heart stopping moment you realise that your child’s injury or illness is going to need hospital intervention is never a nice experience. On Tuesday, celebrity parents, Anna Heinrich and Tim Robards faced that challenge when their one-year-old daughter Elle injured her wrist.
Sharing a series of images from their emergency hospital experience, dad 39yo Tim wrote: “One of the hardest parts of parenthood is seeing your child in pain.”
“Daddy donned the lead skirt to protect his next potential child …”
The images show sweet little Elle, who is a mini-me version of her mum, 35yo Anna, being cared for by her daddy as she has X-rays of her injury.
“Poor little thing hurt her wrist at some stage and although she’s pretty tough the pain was getting too much so Daddy donned the lead skirt to protect his next potential child and we got a little X-ray which seemed all good so hoping it’s just a sprain,” shared Tim.
Brave little soul, Elle injured her wrist.
Daddy pulled out the “toddler first aid skills” to help her through.
Tim went on to praise his daughter’s bravery.
“Had to pull out those toddler first aid skills and give it some support,” he wrote. “She’s such a trooper, crying in pain at times with movement but then she’s quick to put me at ease and tell me she’s ‘happy’… ‘happy Daddy’”
The worried dad was quick to acknowledge that they were lucky, sharing: “Hats off to those parents who have to deal with bigger things than a potential sprained wrist ❤️”

Sounds like little Elle is a chip off the old block when it comes to bravery. Earlier this year Anna impressed us all with her stellar performance on the gruelling reality programme, SAS Australia.
The mum-of-one had given birth to her daughter, Elle, only 10 months prior and she was lacking in the self-belief and confidence that she could even take on the difficult two-week course. After chatting to her husband, Tim Robards, whom she met on the first season of The Bachelor nine years ago, Anna agreed to sign up for the show.
Speaking exclusively with Bounty Parents, she shared: “I wanted to gain confidence in myself but also, I wanted to be able to put that onto my daughter, and be able to have these conversations about who she is and what she’s capable of when she’s old enough.”
Impressing viewers at home as well as Ant Middleton and the SAS directorial staff, Anna nailed the physical challenges and demands of the show.
Anna and Tim fell in love on The Bachelor Australia in 2013, going on to marry in Italy in 2018. Elle made them a family of three in November 2020.
As for expanding their brood, out sounds like Tim was right to wear that lead skirt.
Anna told Stellar Magazine recently that the couple are hoping to fall pregnant with their second child later this year. She even said there’s a good chance her next pregnancy will involve two babies, as twins run in her family!
We wish little Elle a speedy recovery and hope to hear news about some twin siblings coming her way soon. No pressure, guys!
