After twelve years together, the pair split in 2016 and were legally divorced last year and have finally come to a good place after agreeing on the post-divorce arrangements for their six children – Maddox, 18, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 14, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
“Brad’s kids are the most important thing to him. He tells his friends he learns so much about life from his own children,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.
“He and Angie have been getting along so much better since the custody rules have been worked out. They have come so far.”
A fact that surely made daughter, Shiloh happy as she celebrated her 14th birthday on Wednesday.
Friends say the pair are “getting along better’.

A source has declared: “Brad and Angelina have come a long way.
“To the surprise of many of their closest friends, their communication has improved tremendously and they’re both dedicated to co-parenting.
“Their kids have a custody schedule and that’s made a huge difference for the whole family. The schedule has alleviated any of the planning pressures Brad and Angelina have faced in the past. Now the kids spend time with both their parents and are happy and thriving.”
Their marriage might not have stood the test of time, but their six beautiful children are a legacy to the twelve years that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie spent as one of Tinseltown’s hottest couples.
Their three adopted children, Maddox, Pax and Zahara and three biological children, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne captured the attention of press and public, with the births of Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne breaking records for photo deals as the world clamoured for a sight of the offspring of, arguably two of the world’s most beautiful people.

‘Brangelina’ fell in love on the Mr. and Mrs. Smith set in 2004 and after 10 years together, tied the knot in a secret wedding in France in 2014. But the couple shocked the world when they separated after a more than 10-year romance and a two-year marriage, which had previously looked certain to stand the test of time.
In August 2016 Angelina, 41, confirmed that she was filing for divorce, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ and saying she did it for “the health of her family.”

“She’s a very invested mum,” Angelina’s father, Jon Voight told US.

Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt: Born August 5, 2001.
Maddox is the only one of the children who was adopted by Angelina pre-Brad. The Oscar winning actress adopted Maddox from an orphanage in Cambodia with her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton in 2002.
When she and Brad began their relationship in 2005, Brad officially adopted Maddox in January 2006, changing his surname from Jolie to Jolie-Pitt.
Like his parents, Maddox hopes to work in the film industry. In fact, he already has, in Angelina’s 2015 film, By the Sea, the talented teen worked behind the scenes as a production assistant.
Prior to that, as an 11-year-old he made a cameo appearance in his dad’s 2013 film, World War Z, playing a zombie.
It looks like there might be more than Hollywood on Maddox’ mind though.
The 18 year old began classes at Yonsei University in South Korea in August 2019, where he is studying biochemistry.
“He got accepted to other universities but chose Yonsei,” a source told People.
“He has been studying Korean language. He has lessons multiple times a week to prepare.”

Like her siblings, Shiloh has also shown an interest in the entertainment world, voicing a character in Kung Fu Panda 3. In July 2006, at just two months-old, Shiloh became the youngest person ever to be immortalised as a wax figurine at the legendary Madame Tussaud’s in London.
Knox Leon Jolie-Pitt: Born July 12, 2008.
In 2008 Angelina and Brad became parents to twins, Knox and Vivienne. The twins were born in Nice, Alpes-Maritimes, France with Knox arriving first, by just a minute.
Like Shiloh, the arrival of Knox and his twin caused quite a stir. The first images of the twins were sold to People and Hello! for $14 million. This made it the biggest sale of a celebrity picture in history, money which, again, was donated to charity.
Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt: Born July 12, 2008.
Making her arrival just one minute after twin brother Knox, Vivienne is the official baby of the Jolie-Pitt family.
Vivienne famously appeared alongside her mum Angelina in Malificent as the young Princess Aurora.
“The part of us that is free, wild, open, curious can get shut down by life, by pain or by harm,” Angelina Jolie told Harper’s Bazaar.
“My children know my true self, and they have helped me to find it again and to embrace it. They have been through a lot. I learn from their strength. As parents, we encourage our kids to embrace all that they are, and all that they know in their hearts to be right, and they look back at us and want the same for us.”
