Mum deserves to be spoilt on Mother’s Day – and what better way to treat her like a Queen than by serving up the perfect cup of tea (or as we like to call it, a proper brew!).

Bridgerton’s Queen Charlotte appreciates a decent cuppa.
Not all cuppas are created equal! There are some steps you can take to ensure that the tea you make for mum this Mother’s Day is the best she’s ever had.
Directions:
- Fill the kettle with cold fresh water and bring it to the boil
- Find Mum’s favourite cup or mug
- Drop in a Yorkshire Gold tea bag (the best of the best!)
- Pour over boiling water and leave it to brew for 4 minutes (if Mum likes tea without milk, leave it for just two minutes)
- Give the teabag a gentle squeeze with a teaspoon (not too hard now) before removing it
- Add in some cold fresh milk (and sugar if Mum takes it)
- Serve to Mum with her favourite cake or biscuits
- Remind Mum that tea made with love tastes best of all!
