Let’s face it, it’s easy for Easter morning to get a little out of control. Kids running around in their cute bunny pyjamas hunting down chocolate before breakfast, what could go wrong?

The battle to slip in at least one piece of fruit is an uphill one when your little one is clutching a basket full of colourful, foil wrapped cocoa bliss, right?

We may have found the solution, and the kids will even want to help make it!

With just a handful of ingredients, this delicious Nutella and banana sushi is great any time of year, but add a few sprinkles and it’s a perfect Easter morning distraction and a great way to get more than chocolate into their little bellies.

The fact that it’s super simple for little hands to make is just an added bonus.
