Over the past few years, airfryers have been enjoying a huge surge in popularity.
We’ve all heard about the amazing recipes that can be whipped up with an airfryer but when a quick and simple recipe comes to our attention, like these five-minute hot cross s’mores, then we’re really thankful these amped-up countertop convection ovens were invented.

Airfryer hot cross s’mores
Prep time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 5 mins
Makes: 4
Ingredients:
4 hot cross buns
2 Tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
4 strawberries, thinly sliced
8 marshmallows, halved
Method:
1. Slice buns in half.
2. Spread the bases with chocolate hazelnut spread.
3. Top with strawberries, followed by marshmallows.
4. Sandwich buns closed with bun tops.
5. Carefully arrange buns in the basket of the Philips XXL Airfryer with Smart Sensing Technology. Set temperature to 180°C and time to 5 minutes, cooking until buns are toasted and marshmallows are soft and gooey. Serve.
