Welcome to Bounty Parents!

At Bounty Parents, we strive to include as many different voices as possible to give our members the most accurate and informed perspective parenting product, news and tips. Our site features consumer-generated content in the form of reviews. When interacting in the Bounty Parents community, please follow the User Guidelines below, the website Terms of Use and the Are Media Privacy Policy. A heads up: we can modify them at any time without notice, so be sure you keep up-to-date.

What is Bounty Parents and how does it work?

Bountyparents.com.au is Australia’s favourite parenting destination, providing reliable product guides, expert advice and entertainment to new and expecting mums. As a Bounty Parents member, you also gain access to our incredible rewards program, which includes benefits such as:

* Receiving regular newsletters

• Newsletters are packed with information specific to your family’s ages and stages

*Earning points

• Be rewarded for reviewing parenting products you have used
• Earn points by simply completing your personal, family and lifestyle profiles on your account

*Swapping your points for parenting products

• Gold and Silver members can redeem their points for FREE parenting products in the Rewards Room, open twice a year

*Scoring a seat on our Trial Team

• You’ll get sent the latest products to test and review
• Our panel really gets to know a product during every trial, so whenever you see the ‘Tried and Tested’ stamp across products on our site, you know it’s a mark of authority

*Accessing member-only competitions

• You’ll have the chance to WIN amazing prizes

Do my points expire? Your points do have an expiry date. Points expire if you do not log into your Bounty Parents account for 3 years.

Please keep in mind the following rules when participating in the Bounty Parents community:

Be respectful. We do require members to remain courteous and respectful at all times. Please avoid any language that may be considered rude, abusive, or intimidating. If we see any of this, we will exercise our right to edit, remove, or block reviews that violate these guidelines. We will also limit or suspend the access of any participant who violates these guidelines.

No ‘points racking’

You can reasonably boost your points to redeem in the Rewards Room by submitting genuinely helpful reviews (unhelpful reviews won’t be approved). However, we monitor activity for ‘points racking’ and should we suspect that this is being done, for example, by submitting numerous unhelpful reviews in a short time frame, we may penalise the member/s involved. Submitting reviews from other websites or from other Bounty members and passing them off as your own, is also considered points racking. Should points racking appear to have taken place on your account, your points and status will revert to 0 (Bronze).

You will also be ineligible to participate in the Rewards Room for 12 months, win competitions or take part in Trial Teams opportunities. If you have purchased your products, your parcel may be retained with your points being void and your postage refunded. If any parcels are purchased under a different account and sent to the same address, under no circumstances will these parcels be sent. Points racking not only goes against the community spirit at Bounty Parents, but it also reduces the quality of information that the community uses to help make their purchases.

What is my role in the Bounty Parents member community?

Everyone is essential in an online community. Without you, there wouldn’t be a bountyparents.com.au. By visiting often (and participating) you not only add to the user-created knowledge base, but you also encourage others to do the same. Remember that online communities should be fun, friendly, informative, and appropriate for everyone.

If your access is suspended. Violation of these User Guidelines or Terms of Use may result in the suspension or termination of your access to these services. If your account is suspended, you will not be able to sign in, but will instead receive a message indicating your account status.

Privacy.  Bountyparents.com.au is widely accessible on the internet. Whenever participating in any online community, always remember that what you post is viewable by the general public. Please do not post any confidential, or potentially embarrassing information about yourself or anyone else. Posting someone else’s confidential information will result in the termination of your access to these services.
