Kourtney and Travis welcomed their first child together in early November, a son named Rocky Thirteen.
New dad Travis confirmed during an October interview for Complex’s “GOAT Talk” video that he and Kardashian, who tied the knot in 2022, had settled on the name Rocky Thirteen. This was confirmed by the birth certificate a couple of week’s after the birth, although images of the bub are yet to be released.
We hope we won’t have to wait four months, like we did for pics of Kourt’s first son, Reign.

Travis drummed along to his son’s heartbeat in the birthing suite
As eager fans keep an eye on the celebrity couple’s social media waiting for a glimpse of the newest family member, they have been treated to a video shared to both Travis and Kourtney’s accounts.
The video shows the 47yo Blink-182 drummer putting his skills on display during a hospital visit in the birthing suite as he appeared to drum along to his new son’s heartbeat.

It was the ultimate pregnancy announcement in June 2023 when 44yo Kourtney Kardashian stood in the audience of a Blink-182 concert, holding up a sign for her husband, 47yo Travis Barker that read: “Travis I’m Pregnant.”

Kourtney is rushed to hospital for urgent fetal surgery
On 7 September, Kourtney Kardashian Barker shared a haunting Instagram image, revealing that she is recovering from urgent fetal surgery.
A black and white image of husband, Travis Barker’s heavily tattooed hand clutching hers as she lay in a hospital bed finally put an end to the speculation surrounding last week’s announcement that his band, Blink-182 was postponing tour shows in Europe due to an urgent family matter.
What surgery did Kourtney’s baby have during pregnancy?
Kourtney remained tight-lipped about her son’s in-utero surgery, until it aired on Hulu’s The Kardashians in June 2024, when Rockey Thirteen was seven months old.
“Baby Rocky had to have fetal surgery for fluid in his lung,” the mum explained in the clip, post-surgery. “It’s super rare, that this [is] the condition that he had but it’s also super rare and lucky that we caught it.”
Kourtney continued: “I was definitely filled with fear after the surgery and the fluid in his lungs. Actually it did start coming back and then I watched this documentary called Heal that was all about the power of positive thinking and how our thinking can really affect our health.”
Sharing to social media at the time of the procedure, Kourt wrote: “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” Kardashian wrote in a post. “I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”
“As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery,” she continued. “I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.”
Kourtney concluded: “Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”
Blink-182 postponed shows in Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin as Travis flew back to the US to be by his wife’s side.
“Travis has had to return home to the States,” the band wrote in a tweet. “More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available.” At the time the drummer also posted a set of photos to his Instagram story that included a “Prayer Room,” a shot of a chapel and a “Together We Pray” sign.
Travis and Kourtney, who married in 2022, have documented their fertility struggles on reality show, The Kardashians.
The couple, who each have children from previous relationships, documented their unsuccessful IVF journey on the show, with Kourtney saying in an episode:
“We are officially done with IVF. We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby, then I believe that it will happen.”
Shortly after sharing their baby news, the couple took to Instagram to show some more photos, including ones of Kourtney’s bump.
Kourtney caption the images: “Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan.”
The pregnancy ‘reveal’ mimicked the music video of the Blink-182 hit All The Small Things, where a woman in the audience holds a sign with the same wording.
A few days later the duo sat together as the Blink-182 musician did a drum roll at their gender reveal. Blue streamers blowing across the sky revealed that they are expecting a baby boy.
